In a press conference, Comey falsely claimed that because Hillary did not have “intent” to leak state secrets via her unsecured, off-the-books email server, she was not guilty of any crime. Yet the national security laws demand the prosecution of those guilty of “gross negligence” which, by definition, means secrets were let out without deliberate intent! In other words, the FBI just let Hillary Clinton slide on a nonsensical, irrational “technicality” that doesn’t even compute.
