{"id":11948,"date":"2021-11-02T06:49:45","date_gmt":"2021-11-02T11:49:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/esterlund.com\/blog\/?p=11948"},"modified":"2021-11-02T06:49:45","modified_gmt":"2021-11-02T11:49:45","slug":"atts-racial-re-education-program-asserts-white-people-you-are-the-problem-summit-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esterlund.com\/blog\/atts-racial-re-education-program-asserts-white-people-you-are-the-problem-summit-news\/","title":{"rendered":"AT&#038;T\u2019s \u2018Racial Re-Education Program\u2019 Asserts \u201cWhite People, You Are the Problem\u201d \u2013 Summit News"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/summit.news\/2021\/10\/29\/atts-racial-re-education-program-asserts-white-people-you-are-the-problem\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/esterlund.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/291021att1.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040;\">Source: <\/span><em style=\"color: #404040;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/summit.news\/2021\/10\/29\/atts-racial-re-education-program-asserts-white-people-you-are-the-problem\/\">AT&amp;T\u2019s \u2018Racial Re-Education Program\u2019 Asserts \u201cWhite People, You Are the Problem\u201d \u2013 Summit News<\/a><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Details of AT&amp;T Corporation\u2019s \u2018racial re-education program\u2019 have leaked in which the company asserts \u201cAmerican racism is a uniquely white trait\u201d and announces, \u201cwhite people, you\u2019re the problem.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The documents were obtained by investigator and Critical Race Theory exposer-in-chief Christopher Rufo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCEO John Stankey launched the program last year and, subsequently, has told employees that private corporations such as AT&amp;T have an \u201cobligation to engage on this issue of racial injustice\u201d and push for \u201csystemic reforms in police departments across the country,\u201d\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.city-journal.org\/att-racial-reeducation-program\">writes Rufo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Predictably, the re-education program was launched in response to the police killing of career criminal, drug addict and arrest-resistor George Floyd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAccording to a senior employee, who agreed to speak on condition of anonymity, managers at AT&amp;T are now assessed annually on diversity issues, with mandatory participation in programs such as discussion groups, book clubs, mentorship programs, and race reeducation exercises.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>White employees are mandated to confess their \u201csystemic racism\u201d and enjoyment of \u201cwhite privilege\u201d or face penalties (they\u2019re so \u201cprivileged,\u201d they get to enjoy one of America\u2019s biggest corporations openly discriminating against them for their skin color).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>White staffers are also asked to sign a loyalty pledge indicating their submission to the brainwashing while also vowing to \u2018challenge others\u2019 if they hear \u2018hateful language\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you don\u2019t do it,\u201d the senior employee says, \u201cyou\u2019re [considered] a racist.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On the first page of AT&amp;T\u2019s Listen Understand Act internal portal, the company encourages employees to study a resource called \u201cWhite America, if you want to know who\u2019s responsible for racism, look in the mirror.\u201d The article claims that the United States is a \u201cracist society\u201d and lays out its thesis plainly: \u201cWhite people, you are the problem.
