Details of AT&T Corporation\u2019s \u2018racial re-education program\u2019 have leaked in which the company asserts \u201cAmerican racism is a uniquely white trait\u201d and announces, \u201cwhite people, you\u2019re the problem.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The documents were obtained by investigator and Critical Race Theory exposer-in-chief Christopher Rufo.<\/p>\n

\u201cCEO John Stankey launched the program last year and, subsequently, has told employees that private corporations such as AT&T have an \u201cobligation to engage on this issue of racial injustice\u201d and push for \u201csystemic reforms in police departments across the country,\u201d\u00a0writes Rufo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Predictably, the re-education program was launched in response to the police killing of career criminal, drug addict and arrest-resistor George Floyd.<\/p>\n

\u201cAccording to a senior employee, who agreed to speak on condition of anonymity, managers at AT&T are now assessed annually on diversity issues, with mandatory participation in programs such as discussion groups, book clubs, mentorship programs, and race reeducation exercises.\u201d<\/p>\n

White employees are mandated to confess their \u201csystemic racism\u201d and enjoyment of \u201cwhite privilege\u201d or face penalties (they\u2019re so \u201cprivileged,\u201d they get to enjoy one of America\u2019s biggest corporations openly discriminating against them for their skin color).<\/strong><\/p>\n

White staffers are also asked to sign a loyalty pledge indicating their submission to the brainwashing while also vowing to \u2018challenge others\u2019 if they hear \u2018hateful language\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you don\u2019t do it,\u201d the senior employee says, \u201cyou\u2019re [considered] a racist.\u201d<\/p>\n

On the first page of AT&T\u2019s Listen Understand Act internal portal, the company encourages employees to study a resource called \u201cWhite America, if you want to know who\u2019s responsible for racism, look in the mirror.\u201d The article claims that the United States is a \u201cracist society\u201d and lays out its thesis plainly: \u201cWhite people, you are the problem. Regardless of how much you say you detest racism, you are the sole reason it has flourished for centuries.\u201d The author, Dahleen Glanton, writes that \u201cAmerican racism is a uniquely white trait\u201d and that \u201cBlack people cannot be racist.\u201d White women, she claims, \u201chave been telling lies on black men since they were first brought to America in chains,\u201d and, along with their white male counterparts, \u201cenjoy the opportunities and privileges that white supremacy affords [them].\u201d<\/p>\n

Employees are also forced to take a \u201921-Day Racial Equity Habit Challenge\u2019 during which they have to perform yet more self-hating white guilt trips while also \u201cpromoting fashionable left-wing causes, including \u201creparations,\u201d \u201cdefund police,\u201d and \u201ctrans activism,\u201d with further instruction to \u201cfollow, quote, repost, and retweet\u201d organizations including the Transgender Training Institute and the National Center for Transgender Equality.\u201d<\/p>\n

This is yet another example of how institutionalized racism lives on, only its exclusive target is now white people.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not only acceptable but openly encouraged, in the media, government, academia and within the corporate world, to discriminate against white people, particularly white men, because of their skin color.<\/p>\n

As we\u00a0highlighted<\/a>\u00a0yesterday, a sign that this may be starting to change is the fact that an executive who was fired for being a white male and replaced by two women, one of whom was black, was awarded a $10 million dollar discrimination payout.<\/p>\n
