WASHINGTON, D.C.-<\/strong>\u00a0According to Rep. Lance Gooden (R-TX), if voters give the GOP a House majority in this coming November\u2019s election, then GOP legislators will move forward and\u00a0investigate and expose<\/a>\u00a0the illegal immigrant smuggling networks that are allegedly being funding by Biden\u2019s administration.<\/p>\n

\u201cMany of these migrants are being aided, in fact, by [U.S.] nonprofits who are using our tax dollars to do the aiding and helping them across, helping them get on airplanes without documentation, helping them to evade court hearing and helping them to burrow into society and evade any questions from law enforcement.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe United Nations \u2026 is receiving support from the US government, among others. And [it is] helping sponsor these caravans [of migrants], they\u2019re giving them debit cards, providing them with financial assistance throughout their journey to the U.S. border.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen the [migrants] get to the border, they try to claim asylum status, which has to be determined through a proper hearing. But, during the time that they are waiting for their trial day, they are aided by these NGOs.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019ve heard me talk about Catholic Charities, Jewish Family Council, [and] the Lutherans [which] are involved.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What they do is they go to the border and take these asylum seekers from [the Department of Homeland Security, DHS]. They\u2019re paid by [DHS] to provide aid.<\/strong><\/p>\n

So, there\u2019s an incentive to bring in more people because the more people that the Catholic Charities [or] the Jewish Family Council bring in, the more money they get from the U.S. government.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is a way that the administration has helped to aid \u2013 and in fact fund \u2013 the invasion of our nation.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhat they\u2019re doing is encouraging human trafficking, they\u2019re emboldening the cartels, and they are making the problem much worse.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I believe it\u2019s criminal \u2026 I think that is important to the American people to know that these groups \u2013 who in the past have done really great work \u2013 are now in cahoots with the government with the United Nations and indirectly with the cartels, and they\u2019re bringing people across our border and shuttling them across the United States.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cCome January, though, when we are in power, we will do whatever the oversight role of Congress requires to ensure that this administration is held accountable. If they\u2019ve broken the law, whether it\u2019s a secretary or the President himself, if impeachment is the answer, then impeachment will be the action.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

He stated:<\/p>\n

\u201cI have full confidence in the Republican majority \u2026 to execute the will of the American people and the mandate that I believe they\u2019ll give us in November.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIf we seize even 5 percent of [of fentanyl pill] what\u2019s coming across the border, we\u2019re lucky. And if there\u2019s nobody there to detect you and apprehend you, the cartels are going to push it through between the ports of entry when they know that there is absolutely no chance that we\u2019re going to apprehend that narcotic.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThere have been no new operations, policies, or programs put in place since this administration has taken office to help the Border Patrol go after criminal cartels and the profits that they are generating.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Those profits that Judd alleges the cartels are raking in are shocking. He said:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have allowed the criminal cartels to create billions of dollars in revenue at the expense of U.S. citizens who are dying at a record rate in 2021.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe go home every single day defeated. We feel like our time is wasted. Our only goal is to protect the citizens of this great nation \u2013 we are not allowed to do that at this time.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe job has not gotten easier over the last few months, and it was very, very difficult throughout 2021. I know apprehending families and kids is not what you signed up to do.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And now we got a composition that is changing even more with Cubans, Venezuelans, Nicaraguans, and the like, it just gets more difficult\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI know the policies of this administration are not particularly popular with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, but that\u2019s the reality and let\u2019s see what we can do within that framework.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
