So he went on to categorically deny them.<br \/>\nThe statement also went on to refute Swetnick\u2019s claims that Judge and Kavanaugh had drugged women and forced them into gang rape scenarios while they were intoxicated while they were in high school.<br \/>\nThe letter then went on to conclude by saying \u201cI will cooperate with any law enforcement agency that is assigned to confidentially investigate these allegations.\u201d<br \/>\nHere is more on Swetnick via<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe third woman to accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct faced \u201cinappropriate conduct\u201d allegations of her own during her brief employment with an Oregon tech firm, according to reports.<br \/>\nIn a lawsuit filed in 2000, Portland-based Webtrends alleged that Julie Swetnick, 55, falsely claimed to be a Johns Hopkins University alum and fabricated her prior work experience, the Oregonian reported.<br \/>\nThe company voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit after a month.<br \/>\nSwetnick\u2019s attorney, Michael Avenatti, called the case \u201ccompletely bogus.\u201d<br \/>\nThis lawsuit never had any merit as evidenced by how quickly it was dismissed,\u201d Avenatti told the paper in an email. \u201cIt was originally filed in retaliation for my client making claims against the company.\u201d<br \/>\nSwetnick worked for the company off-site for a few months in 2000 as a professional services engineer, according to the paper.<br \/>\nAllegations laid out against her in the lawsuit include engaging in unwelcome sexually offensive conduct and making false and retaliatory allegations that other co-workers had engaged in inappropriate conduct toward her.<br \/>\nThe suit claimed Swetnick engaged in unwelcome sexual innuendo with two male employees at a business lunch with clients present and that she claimed two other co-workers sexually harassed her.<\/p>\n<p>Webtrends, a web analytics company, determined Swetnick acted inappropriately but could not prove the allegations against her co-workers.<br \/>\n\u201cBased on its investigations, Webtrends determined that Swetnick had engaged in inappropriate conduct, but that no corroborating evidence existed to support Swetnick\u2019s allegations against her coworkers,\u201d the complaint said.<br \/>\n\u201cBased on its investigations, Webtrends determined that Swetnick had engaged in inappropriate conduct, but that no corroborating evidence existed to support Swetnick\u2019s allegations against her coworkers.\u201d<br \/>\nThe Daily Caller reported that Swetnick took a leave of absence during her employment for sinus issues in July 2000 and was given short-term disability payments.<br \/>\nOne week after the payments stopped in mid-August, Webtrends received a note from Swetnick\u2019s doctor claiming she suffered a nervous breakdown and needed to take another leave of absence.<br \/>\nWeeks later, the company was informed that she had applied for unemployment benefits in Washington, D.C.<br \/>\nShe never explained to Webtrends\u2019 human resources staff why she applied for the benefits and claimed they had illegally tried to obtain her privileged medical information.<br \/>\nIn 2001, after her employment with the company ended, Swetnick\u2019s ex-boyfriend filed a restraining order against her in Florida, Politico reported.<br \/>\nRichard Vinneccy claimed that Swetnick threatened him and his family after he ended their four-year relationship.<br \/>\n\u201cShe was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,\u201d Vinneccy told Politico.<br \/>\n\u201cI know a lot about her. She\u2019s not credible at all,\u201d he said. \u201cNot at all.\u201d<br \/>\nAvenatti called Vinneccy\u2019s assertions against his client \u201ccomplete nonsense,\u201d according to the report.<br \/>\n\u201cNo truth to this at all,\u201d he said.<br \/>\nSwetnick became the third women to accuse Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.
