They wouldn\u2019t list it as their place of residence, however \u2014 at least not unless they were filling out a new voter registration for the 2020 election.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, apparently there were dozens of people registered in gambling parlors in the state\u2019s 3rd Congressional District, according to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/washington-secrets\/historically-strange-spike-in-incomplete-nevada-voter-files-casinos-as-home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Washington Examiner<\/a>\u00a0columnist Paul Bedard. That district covers most of the southern part of Clark County, home to Las Vegas and the state\u2019s most populous county by a wide margin.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Republican Dan Rodimer, who lost in the 3rd Congressional District by 13,000 votes to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/op-ed-ideology-now-running-democratic-party-looks-like-classic-cult\/?ff_source=Email&amp;ff_medium=aa-breaking&amp;ff_campaign=can&amp;ff_content=firefly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Democratic<\/a>\u00a0Rep. Susie Lee. According to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thenevadaindependent.com\/article\/judge-rejects-republican-dan-rodimers-request-for-re-vote-in-congressional-race\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nevada Independent<\/a>, a nonprofit news site founded in 2017, the case was dismissed by a judge on Wednesday. The court ruled it did not have jurisdiction in the matter.<\/p>\n<div id=\"Top-ad\" class=\"sponsor Top\">\n<p class=\"ad-notice flipboard-remove\">Advertisement &#8211; story continues below<\/p>\n<div id=\"Top\" class=\"fixed-size\" data-google-query-id=\"CNi6poCAr-0CFTzLKAUdjD8InQ\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/Top_ECT_LGSX_0__container__\"><iframe id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/Top_ECT_LGSX_0\" title=\"3rd party ad content\" name=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/Top_ECT_LGSX_0\" width=\"728\" height=\"280\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" sandbox=\"allow-forms allow-popups allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation\" data-google-container-id=\"4\" data-load-complete=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Dorothy Morgan, identified as a data scientist in the Republican lawsuit challenging Nevada\u2019s election results, also called the data from voter registrations in the congressional district \u201chistorically strange\u201d due to the number of new registrations filed that didn\u2019t contain information such as the birthdate of the voter or their sex, according to the Bedard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis investigation found over 13K voters whose voter registration information revealed no sex or date of birth,\u201d Morgan wrote in a two-page affidavit, according to Bedard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot only does this mean we cannot verify whether these voters are old enough to vote, it is also historically strange: While one does not expect voter registration information to be perfect, it is very strange that there were very, very few of these kinds of imperfect records with missing or invalid information until this year \u2014 when there are 13,372 of them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There were only 68 of those\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/explosive-voter-fraud-charge-8000-fraudulent-voter-registration-applications-la-county-2-men\/?ff_source=Email&amp;ff_medium=aa-breaking&amp;ff_campaign=can&amp;ff_content=firefly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">voter registrations<\/a>\u00a0in the 2016 election, Bedard wrote; and 74 percent of the registrations with the incomplete registration information took place between July and September.<\/p>\n<div id=\"IC1-ad\" class=\"sponsor IC1\">\n<p class=\"ad-notice flipboard-remove\">Advertisement &#8211; story continues below<\/p>\n<div id=\"IC1\" class=\"fixed-size\" data-google-query-id=\"CISd9LqBr-0CFerqKAUdSFAPnw\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/IC1_ECT_LGSX_0__container__\"><iframe id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/IC1_ECT_LGSX_0\" title=\"3rd party ad content\" name=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/IC1_ECT_LGSX_0\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" sandbox=\"allow-forms allow-pointer-lock allow-popups allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation allow-presentation\" data-google-container-id=\"8\" data-load-complete=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>And then there were the addresses on the voter registrations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have also identified dozens of voters who listed as their home or mailing addresses a temporary RV park and casino,\u201d Morgan wrote, according to Bedard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBased on the results I have found in the limited time I have had to analyze this dataset, I expect to find additional oddities in the election data as I conduct further analysis.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The affidavit was forwarded to President\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/vince-vaughn-opens-handshake-donald-trump-sparked-outrage\/?ff_source=Email&amp;ff_medium=aa-breaking&amp;ff_campaign=can&amp;ff_content=firefly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Donald Trump\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0legal team, Bedard wrote. Democratic nominee Joe Biden won the state \u2014 and its\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-nevada-certifies-votes-biden-election-battles-still-raging-court\/?ff_source=Email&amp;ff_medium=aa-breaking&amp;ff_campaign=can&amp;ff_content=firefly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">six electoral votes<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 by a margin of just over 33,000 votes.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview on Thanksgiving Day, Bedard wrote, the Texas-based Morgan said\u00a0 that \u201cit\u2019s weird. Overall, in Clark County, there were 936 discrepancies \u2014 nowhere near the total separating the two candidates in the presidential race or even the 3rd Congressional District, again, but also to every registered voter in Nevada due to the exigencies of 2020, something that raised eyebrows after how poorly Clark County did during a June primary. In that election,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/223k-mail-ballots-bounced-undeliverable-recent-primary-election-major-us-city\/?ff_source=Email&amp;ff_medium=aa-breaking&amp;ff_campaign=can&amp;ff_content=firefly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">223,000 ballots<\/a>\u00a0were undeliverable.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reviewjournal.com\/opinion\/opinion-columns\/victor-joecks\/victor-joecks-clark-county-election-officials-accepted-my-signature-on-8-ballot-envelopes-2182390\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Las Vegas Review-Journal<\/a>\u00a0columnist conducted a test to figure out how well election officials could catch ballots using signatures that were deliberately off (while still following the letter of the law). They couldn\u2019t, so\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/journalist-tests-nevada-voter-signature-verification-discovers-whopping-89-failure-rate\/?ff_source=Email&amp;ff_medium=aa-breaking&amp;ff_campaign=can&amp;ff_content=firefly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">89 percent of the ballots<\/a>\u00a0went through.<\/p>\n<p>None of this necessarily constitutes proof anything in the state of Nevada would have changed, although it\u2019s again a sign that the election of 2020 was a profoundly chaotic one where states had difficulties adjusting to the realities on the ground.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s one where, up until a month after Election Day, no one seemed to notice registered voters who \u201clived in\u201d casinos or RV parks, or over 10,000 voters in one congressional district who registered with significant chunks of information missing.<\/p>\n<div id=\"REP_0-ad\" class=\"sponsor REP\">\n<p class=\"ad-notice flipboard-remove\">Advertisement &#8211; story continues below<\/p>\n<div id=\"REP_0\" class=\"fixed-size\" data-google-query-id=\"CLuIuJeCr-0CFe_JKAUdIdoEdg\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/IC4_ECT_LGSX_0__container__\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/IC4_ECT_LGSX_0\" title=\"3rd party ad content\" src=\"https:\/\/720af092746e8bd93d43b5cdcfd4cfbd.safeframe.googlesyndication.com\/safeframe\/1-0-37\/html\/container.html\" name=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" sandbox=\"allow-forms allow-popups allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation\" data-is-safeframe=\"true\" data-google-container-id=\"a\" data-load-complete=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>This, mind you, is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-nevada-certifies-votes-biden-election-battles-still-raging-court\/?ff_source=Email&amp;ff_medium=aa-breaking&amp;ff_campaign=can&amp;ff_content=firefly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">just Nevada<\/a>. There aren\u2019t enough TED Talks in the world to go through all the voter irregularities we saw during the 2020 election process.<\/p>\n<p>And yet, none of this seemed at all troubling to The New York Times, a paper whose editorial board\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/11\/22\/opinion\/2020-election-success.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">declared this last Sunday<\/a>: \u201cA Great Election, Against All Odds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe 2020 election was not simply free of fraud, or whatever cooked-up malfeasance the president is braying about at this hour. It was, from an administrative standpoint, a resounding success,\u201d the article read.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the face of a raging pandemic and the highest turnout in more than a century, Americans enjoyed one of the most secure, most accurate and most well-run elections ever.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"REP_1-ad\" class=\"sponsor REP\">\n<p class=\"ad-notice flipboard-remove\">Advertisement &#8211; story continues below<\/p>\n<div id=\"REP_1\" class=\"fixed-size\" data-google-query-id=\"CKuKlbOCr-0CFSviKAUdmYkDNA\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/IC4_ECT_LGSX_1__container__\"><iframe id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/IC4_ECT_LGSX_1\" title=\"3rd party ad content\" name=\"google_ads_iframe_\/101957818\/IC4_ECT_LGSX_1\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" sandbox=\"allow-forms allow-pointer-lock allow-popups allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation allow-presentation\" data-google-container-id=\"b\" data-load-complete=\"true\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Yes, an election in which, in just a single\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/nevada-whistleblower-says-told-process-ballots-without-signature-verification\/?ff_source=Email&amp;ff_medium=aa-breaking&amp;ff_campaign=can&amp;ff_content=firefly\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nevada<\/a>\u00a0congressional district, 13,000 voter registration applications unencumbered by necessary information weren\u2019t rejected. Where people who live in casinos and RV parks for vacationers were finally counted. One where signature matching was so inclusive that almost all of a small sample of ballots with deliberately incorrect signatures were accepted.<\/p>\n<p>But stop questioning these sorts of things. It was a great election, against all evidence. I mean odds.
