REVEALED: The stunning SECRET behind the United states & Russia’s diplomatic row last week, sparked by two Russian MIG pilots performing multiple, mock attack runs over the bows of the Donald Cook, the entire United States Navy is unable to defend itself against attacks from Russian Jets, in fact they haven’t been able to since April 2014 when an exact replication of the recent incident between the USS Donald Cook & two Russian jets took place.
On April 10 201 the USS Donald Cook entered the waters of the Black Sea and on 12 April a Russian Su-24 tactical bomber flew over the vessel triggering an incident that completely demoralized its crew, so much so that the Pentagon issued a protest. 2 Russian jets approached the US vessel disabled all radars, control circuits, systems, information transmission, etc. on board the US destroyer. In other words, the all-powerful Aegis system with the defence systems installed on NATO’s most modern ships was shut down, like turning off the TV set with the remote control.
The US destroyer is equipped with the most recent Aegis Combat System, an integrated naval weapons systems which can link together the missile defence systems of all vessels embedded within the same network, so as to ensure the detection, tracking and destruction of hundreds of targets at the same time. In addition, the USS Donald Cook is equipped with 4 large radars, whose power is comparable to that of several stations. For protection, it carries more than fifty anti-aircraft missiles of various types.
Meanwhile, the Russian Su-24 that buzzed the USS Donald Cook carried neither bombs nor missiles but only a basket mounted under the fuselage, which contained a Russian electronic warfare device called Khibiny. The Russian Su-24 then simulated a missile attack against the USS Donald Cook, which was left literally deaf and blind. As if carrying out a training exercise, the Russian aircraft – unarmed – repeated the same maneuver 12 times before flying away. After that the 4th generation destroyer immediately set sail towards a port in Romania & according to several Intelligence media websites, 27 sailors from the USS Donald Cook requested to be relieved from active service.
Since that incident the main stream media has covered this up, despite widespread reactions among defense industry experts.
Until this latest incident no US warship had approached Russian territorial waters since.

The Russian Air Force Khibiny is an advanced aircraft-mounted electronic warfare system capable of jamming state-of-the-art radar-based weapon systems. It consists of a small torpedo-shaped wing tip pod that covers the aircraft with radio-electronic protective hood once a missile attack has been detected.
The protective hood prevents the missile from reaching the target and makes it deviate from the course. According to KRET corporation the Khibiny increases the aircraft’s survivability by 25-30 times. This pod development is the result of the lessons learned during the conflict with Georgia in 2008 where all the aircraft lost were not fitted with an EW system which is the main cause of them being shot down.
The Khibiny jamming system was tested successfully for some time on the ground in Buryatia, Russian Federation. The Russian Air Force plans call for the installation of the Khibiny jammer on all its advanced jets such as Su-30SM, Su-30M2, Su-34 and Su-35 (Khibiny-10V). The Khibiny-10V is a version installed internally instead of the wing tips.
Slightly ironically, I remember commenting last week on my own video covering the incident, something along the lines of, “Not so sure shouting loudly is going to work too well when it comes to defending your ships from Russian jets guys, guns usually work much better.” & I still stand by this statement.
