Everything in the SPARS PANDEMIC PAPER 2025-2028 is happening.
It was an exercise hosted by John Hopkins University in 2017. It was a ‘futuristic scenario’ using a Coronavirus as the example.
It’s centred around a pandemic and mass testing/vaccination programme. We seem to be following the exact timeline. They carried out various surveys ‘ 2010 Pew Research’ which looked at how people found out information. Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or via internet and what platforms they used.
They name it as a CORONAVIRUS. They use the scenario that symptoms are:

Extended Incubation period ( 7-10 days)
Short Latent period
Asymptomatic 6 days
Characteristics associated past pandemics eg: H1N1
Communication Dilemmas
Grid outages

Mass REGULAR testing will be the next step. Sports halls, stadiums and health hubs will be popping up in the High Streets as we previously spoke of in the great reset of NHS. It appears 2020 is the biggest scientific clinical trial EVER in mankind. They have ALL age groups, cultures, race, creed, backgrounds around the globe. Data is being harvested in massive quantity. Different therapeutics are being used and a variety of smaller clinical trials taking place in tandem. Psychological intervention, non touch torture continues to increase.
The Government have a Behavioural Interventions Team who have been busy working alongside WHO, Government, SAGE. It’s one big psyop.
The first driver of fear was using elderly, vulnerable as most at risk of dying.
Will the next stage be using children and pregnant women. It could work very well as women would be targeted as the whole protective mum will come into play.
Mums that don’t comply and allow their kids to be tested will be sneered upon or thought unfit as parents so children will be removed for testing and not allowed to return to their families.
TESTING is something I’ve always been most worried about, they can restrict us hugely and my bet is they isolate regions. County borders, patrols, checkpoints and we will all go into Tier 4.

The “rapid” tests are totally UNRELIABLE loads false positives, it’s a waste of money and completely unnecessary. False positives. They’ll see anyone not wishing to have their DNA extracted or giving permission to have something implanted Into their mouths as a ‘dissenter’, they may be forcibly removed and removed to a quarantine centre until they comply.
This would follow New Zealand model. You aren’t let home unless you test negative.

Inspired by a parasitic worm that digs its sharp teeth into its host’s intestines, Johns Hopkins researchers have designed tiny, star-shaped microdevices that can latch onto intestinal mucosa and release drugs into the body.
David Gracias, Ph.D., a professor in the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering, and Johns Hopkins gastroenterologist Florin M. Selaru, M.D., director of the Johns Hopkins Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center, led a team of researchers and biomedical engineers that designed and tested shape-changing microdevices that mimic the way the parasitic hookworm affixes itself to an organism’s intestines.
Made of metal and thin, shape-changing film and coated in a heat-sensitive paraffin wax, “theragrippers,” each roughly the size of a dust speck, potentially can carry any drug and release it gradually into the body.
The team published results of an animal study this week as the cover article in the journal Science Advances.
Gradual or extended release of a drug is a long-sought goal in medicine. Selaru explains that a problem with extended-release drugs is they often make their way entirely through the gastrointestinal tract before they’ve finished dispensing their medication.
“Normal constriction and relaxation of GI tract muscles make it impossible for extended-release drugs to stay in the intestine long enough for the patient to receive the full dose,” says Selaru, who has collaborated with Gracias for more than 10 years. “We’ve been working to solve this problem by designing these small drug carriers that can autonomously latch onto the intestinal mucosa and keep the drug load inside the GI tract for a desired duration of time.”
