Stir-crazy party animals may ruin the city’s planned reopening for the rest of us.
Areas including Manhattan and the Hamptons where businesses have been widely reported for violating social distancing rules could see their reopening plans “reversed,” Gov. Cuomo threatened Sunday, even as Saturday marked the lowest number of new COVID-19 deaths in the state since the peak of the nightmare in April.
The state has received a whopping 25,000 complaints about establishments that are serving customers and allowing drinking on the streets, he said, noting Manhattan and the Hamptons are “leading areas in the state with violations.”
“I am warning today in a nice way: consequences of your actions,” Cuomo said at an Albany press conference, noting businesses can lose their liquor licenses for breaking social-distancing rules. “We have 25,000 complaints statewide. I’m not going to turn a blind eye to them.”
The threat came as social media have been flooded with photos of revelers congregating in Greenwich Village, the Upper East Side and Hell’s Kitchen — areas that typically draw diners and drinkers. The images depict city residents letting off steam after nearly three months of lockdown orders in which bars and restaurants have been prohibited from serving customers on their premises.
Huge crowds were seen drinking outside bars at St. Mark’s Place through the weekend, with many people shunning masks and social-distancing rules tossed out the window. The throngs were so big, they spilled out into the street, forcing cars to drive by at slow speeds.
“It was pandemonium,” resident Derek Karpel, 40, told the Daily News. “There are some people that are just stupid.”
Fear and divide is the plan of the Democrat party until November.

2020 Rockefeller Foundation Paper Narrative: Testing, Tracking and Vaccinating is Our Only Way to Return to Normalcy
The brainwashing is nothing if not blatant and transparent. The Rockefeller Foundation and Bill Gates have the same puppetmaster and thus read from the exact same script. Gates has repeated the scheme ad nauseam: no return to normalcy until you’re vaccinated … no return to normalcy until you’re vaccinated … no return to normalcy until you’re vaccinated. The foreword of the paper paints a grim picture (with propagandistic ideas of a resurgence and a 2nd wave in the background):
“instead of ricocheting between an unsustainable shutdown and a dangerous, uncertain return to normalcy, the United States must mount a sustainable strategy with better tests and contact tracing, and stay the course for as long as it takes to develop a vaccine or cure.”
“The plan also includes: launching a Covid Community Healthcare Corps so every American can easily get tested with privacy-centric contact tracing; a testing data commons and digital platform to track Covid-19 statuses, resources, and effective treatment protocols across states and be a clearinghouse for data on new technologies … at least 100,000 people and perhaps as many as 300,000 must be hired to undertake a vigorous campaign of test administration and contact tracing.”
“We are proposing our nation come together around the bold, ambitious, but achievable goal of rapidly expanding testing capacity to 30 million tests per week over the next six months. This 1-3-30 Plan would be achieved by: (1) creating an Emergency Network for Covid-19 Testing to coordinate and underwrite the testing market, (2) launching an eight-week National Testing Laboratory Optimization Initiative to increase output to 3 million tests per week from the current one million, and (3) investing in a Testing Technology Accelerator to further grow U.S. testing capacity from 3 million to 30 million tests per week.”
Please bear in mind 5 very important things about these so-called tests:
3. The tests are based on the RT-PCR or PCR test which merely isolates genetic RNA/DNA sequences and cannot prove causation or tell you if that genetic sequence has anything to do your state of health. Thus, a positive or negative result is meaningless in terms of telling you whether the alleged ‘virus’ has anything to do with your state of health or your capacity to ‘infect’ another;
4. The current tests use a DNA swab and thus are engaged in DNA harvesting. This is connected to the synthetic biology/synthetic DNA/genome editing industry which coincidentally Bill Gates is heavily invested in (e.g. 2 small examples of many: Gingko Bioworks and Editas Medicine); and
5. The virus allegedly causing COVID-19, SARS-CoV2, fails Koch’s postulates and has still never been isolated, purified, re-injected to cause disease and 100% proven to exist. How can these tests identify a virus which has never been conclusively proven to exist?

People with guns are checking the identification of individuals trying to enter an area in Seattle run by far-left activists and groups like Antifa, the Seattle Police Department said.
“We have been hearing from community members that they have been subjected to barricades set up by the protesters, with some armed individuals running them as checkpoints into the neighborhood,” Assistant Chief Deanna Nollette told reporters on Wednesday.
“While they have a constitutionally protected right to bear arms, and while Washington is an open carry state, there is no legal right for those arms to be used to intimidate community members,” she added.
Police officials have also heard of businesses and citizens being asked to pay a fee to operate in the area, which is known as the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone and includes about 500 houses. That would be the crime of extortion, Nollette said.
Anyone feeling threatened, intimidated, or extorted should call 911, she added.

The takeover of the area was completed after police officers abandoned the Seattle Police Department’s East Precinct because of threats it would be burned down.
Because the building is connected to apartment buildings and businesses, officials made the choice to board it up and secure it before relocating officers.
Nollette said police want to return to normal operations at the precinct, which would improve response times and capabilities within the neighborhood. But there is no set plan for how to return yet, she said.
Putting up barricades and blocking some people from entering isn’t legal, the police official continued. “However, in an effort to try to cooperate and collaborate, and move forward peacefully, we’re trying to get a dialogue going so that we can figure out the way to resolve this without unduly impacting the citizens and businesses that are operating in that area,” she said.
Video footage shows assaults and other crimes taking place within the autonomous zone, including footage filmed by Raz Simone, a local rapper, showing a man being assaulted for putting graffiti on an outdoor wall.

Groups who have self-identified as being part of the takeover include the Seattle Democratic Socialists of America and Antifa, a far-left group that espouses violence.
The group has a lengthy list of demands, including abolishing the Seattle Police Department, reparations for “victims of policy brutality,” and a retrial of all minorities currently in prison for violent crimes.
Barricades viewed by a reporter with NTD Television, The Epoch Times’s sister media, included the phrase, “Public safety means no cops on our streets.” Another slogan called for defunding the police.
The East Precinct building entrance sign was painted over to say “Seattle People Department.”
Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best met with some of the occupiers on Tuesday morning, including Simone.
“I heard some people say they were in support of SPD, but after this week they lost hope and they were angry,” Simone told Best, according to a local outlet. “I think a lot of the conversations you guys might want to have will be with the residents.”
“I think you are right. I am actually going to go around and talk to the residents about what they are feeling and what they saw. I agree that people felt traumatized in many ways,” Best said.

Asked about the zone during a separate press conference on Wednesday, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, a Democrat, told reporters, “That’s news to me, so I’ll have to reserve any comment about it.”
What’s happening, though, has drawn nationwide attention.
President Donald Trump, a Republican, said Inslee and Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan “are being taunted and played at a level that our great Country has never seen before.”
“Take back your city NOW. If you don’t do it, I will. This is not a game. These ugly Anarchists must be stooped [sic] IMMEDIATELY. MOVE FAST!” he added in a missive on social media.
Inslee told Trump in response that “a man who is totally incapable of governing should stay out of Washington state’s business.”
“Make us all safe. Go back to your bunker,” Durkan, a Democrat, added.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) demanded the removal of 11 statues from the U.S. Capitol in Washington, saying they “pay homage to hate.”
The 11 statues represent soldiers and officers who served in the Confederate Army, which lost in the U.S. Civil War. They include statues of Jefferson Davis and Alexander Stephens, who were president and vice president of the Confederacy.
