Black, Colonel U.S. Army (ret.), and former Chief, Criminal Law Division, Office of the Judge Advocate General, the Pentagon, finds that those retired generals now active against Donald Trump are in violation of Article 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He names the names and says that Secretary of Defense Mark Esper must immediately reprimand them.
