Dystopian Nightmare as European Court of Human Rights rules Mandatory Vaccination is Legal – Daily Expose
In another blow to those fighting for freedom the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has ruled that mandatory vaccinations are legal and may be necessary in democratic societies.
The ruling has come in response to a complaint made to the court by families in the Czech Republic in regards to compulsory vaccination of children. The ECHR said “the measures could be regarded as being ‘necessary in a democratic society’”.
The courts ruling was not in relation to the experimental Covid-19 vaccines, however it has now set a dangerous precedent in which countries can now comfortably believe they are not breaking the convention on human rights if they are to make inoculation with the experimental jabs mandatory.
This judgment “reinforces the possibility of a compulsory vaccination under conditions of the current COVID-19 epidemic,” according to Nicolas Hervieu, a legal expert specializing in the ECHR.
The decision said that the compulsory vaccines administered by Czech health authorities were in line with the “best interests” of children. “The objective has to be that every child is protected against serious diseases, through vaccination or by virtue of herd immunity,” it added.
The court ruled that the Czech health policy was not in violation of Article 8 on the right to respect for private life in accordance with the European Convention on Human Rights. By Czech law, children must be vaccinated against nine diseases including diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, hepatitis B and measles. The case was brought to the court by families that had been fined or whose children had been refused access to a nursery for failing to comply with their legal vaccination duty.
The ruling is bound to please Tony Blair who has been working tirelessly to ensure the United Kingdom enforces a “vaccine passport” system. Something which if it came to fruition would essentially be a freedom pass.
We know for a fact that the authorities do not want to vaccinate every man, woman and child for the good of their health as we can see from the data over the past twelve months that this alleged new disease kills only 0.2% of those it infects and the majority of deaths occur in those who are aged over 85 and have underlying health conditions.
Which leads to the question of why exactly do they want to vaccinate every man, woman and child?

NY Senate just passed a concentration camp bill to forcibly throw people in camps, just like the Nazis did in World War II

The Democrat-dominated New York state Senate has passed a bill “allowing” government officials to throw people in concentration camps indefinitely if they are deemed to be a public health threat. The next phase of the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) plandemic, the legislation reflects what the Nazis did in World War II when they decided that human rights no longer apply during a “crisis.” Should the bill get signed into law by Gov. Andrew Cuomo, even healthy people who are deemed to be “contagious” could be scooped up and thrown in prison camps for the “safety” of the general public. Assembly Bill A416 “relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health,” the bill reads. Anyone deemed a “case” or even just a contact of “case” who might be “infected” or possibly a “carrier” of any illness, not just the Chinese virus, would become a target of government officials in New York who would have leeway and discretion to respond as they see fit. The legislation specifically states that as long as the “opinion of the governor” dictates that a person is a threat, he or she could be removed from the home and placed in government “care” for as long as the governor sees fit. “Such person or group of persons shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises designated by the governor or his or her delegee and complying with subdivision five of this section,” the bill further reads.

Under this new bill, everyone who was inside the bar or pool hall could be picked up and thrown in a concentration camp. “This opens the door to indefinite detention, particularly for diseases that remain in one’s system for extended periods of time,” the NoQreport adds. “Covid-19, for example, has been shown to allow infections to persist for over a month after a person is first exposed. Mutated variants of the disease could hypothetically extend their contagious period for much longer.” If New Yorkers sit idly by and allow this bill to become “law,” it will eventually spread to all other states. Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz delivered an epic denunciation of the Democrat election bill, the “For the People Act,” which has advanced to the Senate Rules Committee after it passed the Nancy Pelosi-led Democrat House.
The bill is a top priority for Democrats who seek to radically change the American election process to cement in law the kinds of tactics that Democrats employed during the 2020 presidential election, where paper ballots in cities like Atlanta, Philadelphia and Milwaukee swung the official outcome against President Donald Trump. Some Democrats and leftists have suggested or outright called for ending the filibuster in the U.S. Senate to cram through the Democrat agenda, including their election bill. But Ted Cruz is not having it.
“This bill mandates ballot harvesting. It mandates party operatives being able to go into nursing homes, collect every ballot there, throw out the ballots they don’t like, because there’s no supervision over the ballot harvesting,” Ted Cruz railed. Cruz said that Democrats are finding opportunity for fraud and saying “Let’s do more of that.”
“This bill has rightly been called the Corrupt Politicians Act, because it is designed to keep corrupt politicians in office and everyone supporting it should be ashamed,” Cruz said.
