Watch: This Democrat Just Ripped Apart Biden-Era Cancel Culture in Electrifying CPAC Speech

Source: Watch: This Democrat Just Ripped Apart Biden-Era Cancel Culture in Electrifying CPAC Speech

Tulsi Gabbard, despite being a former Democrat congresswoman, spoke at CPAC. During her speech, she railed against the cancel culture so ever present in the Biden era, saying:

We have too many people in positions of power whose foremost responsibility is to protect our freedoms and uphold our God-given rights, and yet they are the ones who are actually trying to take these rights away from us.

This is the biggest threat to our country. It is not coming from some foreign country — it is coming from power elites here at home and their co-conspirators in the mainstream media and the security state who are working to undermine our freedoms.

Then, continuing her takedown of the tyrannical manner in which the security state is going after the freedoms of average Americans who dare do dissent, she said:

But what’s even more dangerous than this threat of being canceled is the Federal Government wielding its power and might to punish those who dare to question those who disagree with them and their policies.

Then, explaining why the security state and Biden apparatchiks are coming after patriots with such a vengeance, Gabbard highlighted the secular theocracy nature of the modern left, saying:

If you replace the word ‘U.S. government’ with the word ‘church,’ we can see how those in power see themselves as the High Priest in a secular theocracy.

This explains why they see those who disagree with them as heretics. So, it’s not surprising that those who reject their leadership or views—these are the people who are targeted by Biden’s Attorney General as domestic terrorists—simply for holding anti-authority views.”

Hence why they’re so oppressive, so firm in their beliefs, and so willing to crack down on anyone who dissents: those who do so aren’t just of an opposing viewpoint, but are heretics.

Thus, because they’re heretics the left has no problem with treating them as enemies of the state. As Gabbard put it:

Basically, what they are telling us is ‘you are an enemy of the state if you dare to oppose or even question the President, his administration or his policies—shut up, step back, fall in line or we’re coming after you.

Gabbard is right, both about the cause and effect of the left’s application of the security state to cancel culture.

The radical leftists, having been indoctrinated with the secular theology of CRT, cultural marxism, or some similar collection of horrible ideas, are “all in” on both their beliefs and dealing with those who hold opposing viewpoints as religious enemies.

Hence why leftists in the CIA, FBI, and Clinton Campaign worked together to take down Trump and frame him as a Russian agent. To them, he wasn’t just a political enemy. He was a heretic to the modern, secular religion of leftism and thus had to be dealt with as such.

Cancel culture is bad. The left’s modern twist of adding the security state to it, as Gabbard points out, is far, far worse.

ORLANDO, FL – During his appearance on a panel at CPAC, Dr. Robert Malone was dropping red pills left and right – from calling out the ongoing information warfare meant to silence dissenting voices to the risks of over-inoculation via the constantly peddled COVID shots.

Dr. Malone spoke about how the term “misinformation” has been weaponized to club and cudgel those who dare to question or stray from the established narrative in the era of COVID.

“The way that this works now, the way this game is being played – and I’m a veteran of many, many outbreaks – I’ve never seen this. My peers and I have never seen anything like this in the past. What happened was they set up an organization called the trusted news initiative, managed by the BBC in the U.K., and they defined ‘misinformation’ as anything that is different from the official narrative.

“What we now know because of the New York Times article and a number of others that’ve come out now in the flood is that the CDC has been withholding data. And they have become fully politicized. The CDC is now a political arm of the White House, full stop, that has never been the case in the past.”

DHS believes that the winding down of Covid -19 restrictions will lead to violence, “As COVID-19 restrictions continue to decrease nationwide, increased access to commercial and government facilities and the rising number of mass gatherings could provide increased opportunities for individuals looking to commit acts of violence to do so, often with little or no warning.”  Again, our crackerjack anti-terrorist g-men leave it to our imaginations to conjure how ridding ourselves of masks, lockdowns, mandates and vaccine passports will lead to violence when the policies themselves are acts of violence.

A few weeks ago, irate parents attending school board meetings were identified as a potential terrorist threats by the US Department of Justice. Now it is people who disagree with federal Covid policy, who have been shown to be correct time and time again.  These days the Biden administration defines “terrorism” as disagreeing with their policies.

At the same time, we have states like New York creating new rules, not laws, that allow the governor to arrest and indefinitely imprison suspected health threats without the need for any judicial process or review. And to our north yesterday Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for the first time ever in Canadian history invoked the Emergency Act which gives him extraordinary powers he intends to use to quell the peaceful trucker protests against his program of safety totalitarianism. Will Biden be far behind?

Summary of Terrorism Threat to the U.S. Homeland

The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors. These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence. Mass casualty attacks and other acts of targeted violence conducted by lone offenders and small groups acting in furtherance of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances pose an ongoing threat to the nation. While the conditions underlying the heightened threat landscape have not significantly changed over the last year, the convergence of the following factors has increased the volatility, unpredictability, and complexity of the threat environment: (1) the proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions; (2) continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents; and (3) calls by foreign terrorist organizations for attacks on the United States based on recent events.

Additional Details

The primary terrorism-related threat to the United States continues to stem from lone offenders or small cells of individuals who are motivated by a range of foreign and/or domestic grievances often cultivated through the consumption of certain online content. The convergence of violent extremist ideologies, false or misleading narratives, and conspiracy theories have and will continue to contribute to a heightened threat of violence in the United States.

Key factors contributing to the current heightened threat environment include:

  1. The proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions:
    • For example, there is widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19. Grievances associated with these themes inspired violent extremist attacks during 2021.
    • Malign foreign powers have and continue to amplify these false or misleading narratives in efforts to damage the United States.
  2. Continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents:
    • Foreign terrorist organizations and domestic threat actors continue to amplify pre-existing false or misleading narratives online to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions. Some of these actors do so to encourage unrest, which could lead to acts of violence against the facilities, individuals, institutions, and organizations cited above.
    • Violent extremists inspired by a range of grievances and ideologies continue to target crowded venues traditionally perceived to be soft targets, such as commercial and publicly accessible facilities, public gatherings, certain government and state facilities, and houses of worship.
    • The recent attack on a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas highlights the continuing threat of violence based upon racial or religious motivations, as well as threats against faith-based organizations.
    • Threats directed at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and other colleges and universities, Jewish facilities, and churches cause concern and may inspire extremist threat actors to mobilize to violence.
    • As COVID-19 restrictions continue to decrease nationwide, increased access to commercial and government facilities and the rising number of mass gatherings could provide increased opportunities for individuals looking to commit acts of violence to do so, often with little or no warning. Meanwhile, COVID-19 mitigation measures—particularly COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates—have been used by domestic violent extremists to justify violence since 2020 and could continue to inspire these extremists to target government, healthcare, and academic institutions that they associate with those measures.
    • Domestic violent extremists have also viewed attacks against U.S. critical infrastructure as a means to create chaos and advance ideological goals, and have recently aspired to disrupt U.S. electric and communications critical infrastructure, including by spreading false or misleading narratives about 5G cellular technology.
    • Some domestic violent extremists have continued to advocate for violence in response to false or misleading narratives about unsubstantiated election fraud. The months preceding the upcoming 2022 midterm elections could provide additional opportunities for these extremists and other individuals to call for violence directed at democratic institutions, political candidates, party offices, election events, and election workers.
    • A small number of threat actors are attempting to use the evacuation and resettlement of Afghan nationals following the U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan last year as a means to exacerbate long-standing grievances and justify attacks against immigrants.
  3. Calls by foreign terrorist organizations for attacks on the United States based on recent events:
    • Foreign terrorist organizations will likely continue to maintain a highly visible online presence to attempt to inspire U.S.-based individuals to engage in violent activity.
    • Supporters of foreign terrorist organizations have encouraged copycat attacks following the January 15, 2022 attack on a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas.
    • Foreign terrorists remain intent on targeting the United States and U.S. persons, and may seek to capitalize on the evolving security environment overseas to plot attacks. The Islamic State of Iraq and ash-Sham (ISIS) or its affiliates may issue public calls for retaliation due to the strike that recently killed ISIS leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi.

Biden admin gives $200 million to Soros-backed group to provide lawyers to illegal immigrants – TheBlaze

Starting last year, the Biden administration began doling out huge chunks of taxpayer money to a radical left-wing nonprofit organization for the specific purpose of helping illegal immigrant minors avoid deportation.

“While the federal government often engages in the contracting and funding of nonprofits, they typically try to avoid dealing with overtly political institutions. Not this time,” wrote Adam Andrzejewski, CEO and founder of government watchdog group Open the Books.

What are the details?

Andrzejewski’s organization reported that in March 2021, the Department of Health and Human Services entered into a $158 million contract with the Vera Institute of Justice to “provide immigration related legal services to unaccompanied minors.”

According to USASpending.gov, a federal contract database, the agreement was upped to $164 million early this year and has the potential to climb to $198.5 million by the time it is set to expire in March 2022.

In addition to funding from the HHS, the institute also received five additional contracts totaling $36.8 million from the Department of Justice to provide legal services for family groups, unaccompanied children’s custodians, and the “immigration court help desk,” Just the News reported.

The HHS money appeared to be part of the $2 billion earmarked for health initiatives that the agency rerouted last spring to help manage the immigration crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border.

The Vera Institute is an overtly political organization that supports a slew of progressive initiatives such as widespread bail reform, defunding the police, and weakening immigration enforcement. During the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, the group called for the release of all illegal immigrants from U.S. Customs and Enforcement detention.

The Washington Free Beacon reported that the institute is backed by liberal megadonor George Soros, having received more than $10 million in funding from Soros’ Open Society Foundation from 2016 to 2019.

Yet despite its clear political bias, the Vera Institute has been the benefactor of federal funding for some time, predating Biden’s presidency. During the Trump administration, from July 1, 2019, to June 30, 2020, almost $137 million of the group’s $174 million in revenue came from government grants, according to the institute’s tax forms.

What else?

When reached by Fox News for comment last month, a spokesperson for the institute said that every year, “thousands of immigrant children are placed into court proceedings in which government prosecutors seek to deport them unless those children can prove they have a right to stay in the United States.”

“Many children face these immigration proceedings alone,” she continued, noting, “Many children have legal options that establish their ability to remain in the United States (such as refugees, trafficking victims, and survivors of crime and abuse), but these options are nearly impossible to access without the assistance of trained attorneys. Other children require legal assistance to seek to voluntarily repatriate to their countries of origin.”

She added that the “vast majority” of the group’s federal funding is used to subcontract legal service providers throughout the country.

WASHINGTON, Jan 21 (Reuters) – A judge in Texas ruled on Friday that President Joe Biden could not require federal employees to be vaccinated against the coronavirus and blocked the U.S. government from disciplining employees who failed to comply.

It was the latest setback to White House efforts to require various groups of American workers to get vaccinated.

Biden had issued an order requiring about 3.5 million government workers to get vaccinated by Nov. 22 barring a religious or medical accommodation — or else face discipline or firing.

U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown said the question was whether Biden could “require millions of federal employees to undergo a medical procedure as a condition of their employment. That, under the current state of the law as just recently expressed by the Supreme Court, is a bridge too far.”

Brown, based in Galveston and appointed by then-President Donald Trump, said the government could protect public health with less invasive measures, such as masking and social distancing.

The judge’s ruling is the latest in a series of court decisions to go against government vaccine requirements.

The White House said more than 93% of federal employees have received at least one vaccination and 98% have been vaccinated or are seeking a religious or medical exemption.

“We are confident in our legal authority,” White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said in response to the judge’s ruling.

The Justice Department on Friday said it would appeal the ruling. The government has noted numerous other courts that had rejected similar challenges and that federal agencies have said they will not discipline or punish employees with pending exemption requests.

The judge said it was his understanding that the government was going to be begin disciplining non-compliant employees imminently. The White House said this month it wanted federal agencies to begin mandating regular COVID-19 tests weekly by Feb. 15.

Brian Fouche, a survey statistician with the Department of Commerce with 16 years government experience, was told in a Jan. 19 letter that he would be suspended for 14 days beginning Jan. 30 because he refused to disclose his vaccination status, according to court documents.

The letter from the U.S. Census Bureau informed Fouche that his “misconduct is very serious and will not be tolerated,” according to a copy of the letter in court records. The letter said failure to comply with the vaccine requirements could lead to his dismissal.

The order covers federal workers in the executive branch — but did not apply to postal workers or legislative or judicial employees.

In mid-January, the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the president’s COVID-19 vaccination-or-testing mandate for large businesses, a policy conservative justices deemed an improper imposition on the lives and health of many Americans. The court allowed a separate federal vaccine requirement for healthcare facilities. read more

COVID-19 has killed more than 860,000 people in the United States in the two-year-long pandemic and has weighed heavily on the economy.

Many large employers such as United Airlines and Tyson Foods Inc have touted their success in using mandates to get nearly all staff vaccinated. The Supreme Court ruling that blocked the mandate for larger businesses prompted some employers, including Starbucks, to abandon vaccine requirements for staff. read more

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich praised the ruling Friday, vowing to continue “to fight to protect your liberties.”

Appeals court re-affirms ‘PAUSE’ on Biden workplace vaccine mandate, cites ‘SEVERE RISK’ – VIZARER

A federal appeals court re-asserts the indefinite stall on Biden covid mandate on Friday which forces workers to get the vaccine or risk losing their jobs. The re-assertion of the vaccine follows a legal challenge from a coalition of states led by Texas.

“take no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order.”

The 5th circuit Appeals court ordered OSHA to halt any action until further court order. The ruling is the latest development in what is expected to be a very long court battle over the “legality of the mandate”.

After endorsing him this summer, former President Donald Trump is hosting a high-priced fundraiser for Texas attorney general Ken Paxton's reelection campaign in December.

Ken Paxton, Texas attorney general and vocal critic of Biden took to Twitter to air his approval of the court ruling.

Paxton wrote:
“Citing Texas’s “compelling argument[s],” the 5th Circuit has delayed OSHA’s unconstitutional and illegal private-business vaccine mandate. WE WON! Litigation will continue, but this is a massive victory for Texas and FREEDOM from Biden’s tyranny and lawlessness,”

The Fifth Circuit has allowed a stall on enforcement of the Biden Administration mandate on Nov. 6, 24 hours after the directive was made public. in its ruling on Friday, the court said “the mandate exposes [suers] to severe financial risk” and “threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects).”

The public reacted positively to the court ruling
“*Awesome*, *awesome*. Hopefully, it will get bound up in the court(s) so long the virus will be gone and the order will be rendered moot.”
“The foundation for the OSHA rule entirely relies on the idea the virus places the employees in “grave danger.”

“A few problems are easily identified here…
1) The vast majority and percentage of individuals who easily recover from the virus don’t support this claim. The survival and recovery rate simply doesn’t support the basis and foundation for establishing the OSHA rule.
2) Similarly, it cannot be said the virus only places employers with more than 100 employees in “grave danger” and somehow it doesn’t affect employers with less than that at all.
3) OSHA is required by law to protect all employers and all employees from occupational harm. They cannot engage in “selective enforcement” activities which is what this mandate is doing.”

“Also vaccinated people can still catch COVID and transmit the virus to others. So they are a danger to others too not just the unvaccinated. What I have researched indicates the vaccinated has a higher viral load and are super spreaders.”

“Has anyone, Republican or Democrat, suggested that being vaccinated be a requirement for getting government assistance, i.e., welfare? Why not? If workers are threatened with losing their paychecks, shouldn’t welfare recipients be threatened with losing their welfare checks?”

“Hey, how bout a requirement that all those who enter this country illegally get vaccinated or deported on the spot? Oh never mind,…that’s too much common sense for one day.”

“Now that’s an outstanding idea!! However, they are not making any of the illegal aliens to get vaccinated so highly unlikely.”

“Why do presidents get to make laws without being vetted for constitutionality? Executive orders need to be constitutional ‘before’ they’re enacted.”
